I need to lose weight for my health and I need to know what to say when people say I don't need to?
How do they know what I need? Please tell me because I don't want to say the wrong thing and end up offending them. It's just that if my weight goes up, my blood pressure shoots right up and I really want to be my target weight.

How to improve my health?
I am skinny and weak. Can someone give me homely tips to improve my health? Eating too much doesn't help as I can eat too much. My diet is smaller than usual normal people. Also I have a little problem in digesting food just a little, like, when I eat more than usual, I need something supplementary to aid my digestion . Also my life is a lot sedentary like I have a desk job, very little outside activities, no physical work. I am male and in mid twenties. And I don't want to visit a doctor. I visited one nutritionist and she gave me a lot of activities to do and things to eat and as I am a single guy, it was not possible for me .I just want some tips like, someone advised me to drink water, honey and lemon something like that I don't remember exactly etc etc... I'm 5'7 and i weigh around 128 134 lbs its always changing . I was just wanting some advice to get my body back in shape. I don't really care about how much i way i just want a nice body for the spring summer. I have a pretty big waist and thighs and i want to try and get a smaller waist, flat stomach not abs , and skinnier thighs. I do soccer twice a week and sometimes go to the track on the weekends and i dont eat that much. so whats the problem? What can i do about my body to make it better?? any advice or tips would be helpful. thanx for the answers.im only 16 and im broke so i dont really have the money to do any programs or anything like that. and my mom is really strict on what i can do so no pills either.But thanx for the answer anyway. Oh and i'm really just looking for some like natural tips or whatever but nothing difficult or that takes forever. just quick tips. haha sorry for typing so much oh and i eat fine lol im not one of those girls who wont eat i just eat small amounts
Is tea bad for your health?
Could you develop health problems from drinking too much tea? I'm aware that tea keeps you awake and whatnot. I usually finish a microwaved tea with milk, sugar, and the teabag within three minutes. I've caught the H1n1 for the third time since December and I'm starting to feel that I'm getting the symptoms again. I'm staying home from school of course, and I woke up around 2am and still awake 7 hours later because of my nasal congestion. Perhaps 30 minutes after I woke up I had an urge for tea and a tissue. I thought if I should make two cups of tea instead of one, only because I can barely walk downstairs to the kitchen due to the H1n1 symptoms. I thought God had sent me a gift and was put right in front of my eyes, four clean mugs and a mixing bowl my mother possibly left out for my sister to put away after school. I filled all four mugs up with water and made four cups of tea, I poured all the tea in the mixing bowl itself, and I am still in the process of drinking the tea. I am wondering if this will cause a health problem if I drink too much tea, I know I am supposed to have an equal portion of at least some different categories of protein, vitamins, and whatever. I do not have health problems to begin with, I am 130 lbs and in shape, I get exercise, and I am asking for nice advice please Thanks for the advertisements
If i dont eat any other starches, other than oats at breakfast, is it harmful to my health?
i eat a big bowl of jungle oats for breakfast, fruit during the morning, yohurt and cheese during the afternoon, and veggies for dinner and some night meat.... is the lack of carbs toward the end o a day a bad thing?this is an average day, there are days where i'll have pizza or a donut, but not often, just moderately.i drink green tea and water during the day...is this a good diet?oh im an 18 year old small female

I am overweight and need to lose a 100lbs i know right wow I have derived a plan to do so. My question is if i need to chane anything or am i doing something wrong? Im eating six times a day the following Breakfast Papaya juice with oatmeal. Snack 2 hours later apple and lots of water. 2 hours later lunch small portion salad or something healthy. 2 hours later snack oatmeal or fruit and lots of water. 2 hours later dinner small portion and then a snack 2 hours later to calm my hunger craving probably a cheese stick or a carrot something. All this combined with some sort of work out daily cardio or weight resistance. and most of all NO CARBS NO BREAD NO PASTA NO RICE ?Do i need to improve something? Thank you.
