Does eating health cause you to fart more?
Nice question to be asking. Ok, here is the story, my wife has got me eating healthier foods. Cheerios for breakfast, more whole wheat ie bread and pasta , more fish, drinking more water and less pop, using less salt and quit eating frozen meals for lunch due to high sodium . The good news is that I have lost 6 lbs in about 2 months and my blood pressure is coming down. BUT, I have noticed that I farting a lot more. I will go to the bathroom and 5 minutes later I farting again.So, is eating healthier causing me to fart more?

After working substantially on my posture, Can I regain my health I lost due to bad posture.?
I am having pain in my jaws, probably TMJ syndrome, pain in the chests, head ache, upper abdomen swelling, pain in the back of the neck, behind the earlobe, muscles just above knee joints seem swelled, Digestive system is going a bit awry.All this I suppose is due to my bad posture, slouching while sitting, sitting continuously for over 15 hours at a stretch for over 10 months now, no walking activities, out of schedule sleep timing etc.So I will be happy if you can write an answer for me about my chances to regain my health after I correct my posture, eating habits and sleep timing.I'm 21 years old and run a small IT services company. so continuously staring at computers is part of my job .

Energy Drink Questions. (Health/Side Effects)?
I've been starting drink one Monster or Jolt a day to keep focus during school, plus the crash wears me down so much I can basically defeat my Insomnia and go to bed. Is one energy drink a day fine? Obviously it's a tad bit unhealthy, but one isn't going to drastically change my body, right? I'm 15 and still growing, can the caffeine from one drink a day have bad long term effects on my body or it's development?

First of all, I am in health class and I'm doing a project on anorexia. So I'm not trying to be anorexic. I want to know what it would take for someone who went to my school to be anorexic. So, I created a schedule that I think a normal student would have. Again, I'm not trying to be anorexic.Morning Eat breakfast at home, or possibly on the bus or in the car. This could mean a bowl of cereal or fruit. Around 7 AM.Mid morning Around 9 AM. break from school. 10 minutes long. Most people eat around this time.Noon Eat lunch at 11 40 AM at school. Home lunch is brought to school.Afternoon Snack after school.Evening Dinner.How might someone who goes to my school with this average eating schedule become anorexic?For the third time, I am not trying to be anorexic.P.S.
