Am I becoming a health freak?
Ive become a person who eats tons of tuna, fish, salad, only whole grain or whole wheat bread, Im afraid to eat anything with even a touch of trans fat, I wont even drink milk, I am constantly worrying about my well being to the point I get heart palpitations, I went to emergency about the heart palpitations and they said my hearts very normal, I go get lettuce and cucumber sandwiches 3 4 times a week and so on and so on. I also worry Im an alcoholic, but I drink less than 24 beer a week, I will have nothing to do with fast food, and I worry about diseases and exercise all day, every day, if i sit around more than a few hours, I make myself go for a walk, DO I NEED TO SLAP SOME SENSE INTO MYSELF AND GO TO MCDONALDS??? Oh yeah Im a 25 year old guy whos on a perfect dime with his weight and has no apparent health threats staring him in the face????

I'm a 16 year old boy concerned about my health?
Well I'm about 5'6, and about 172 pounds. I really want to lose weight, and even get a little muscular , and have been working out lately. I want to know what would be a " good diet" and " exercise routine" for me. I currently do about 50 sit ups, about 20 to 30 push ups, about 50 jumping jacks, a few stretches, and walk run at least 1 mile a day, yeah I know it's not much but hey I just started . I haven't been eating all to good though because I eat quite a lot of junk food but I'm trying to stop that. I also would like to know if there's anyway, ANYWAY AT ALL, for me to get taller. If there's any kind of exercise's you know of from experience that made you get taller, please let me know, as well if you ate something to get you taller. And overall just to help me grow, get stronger and get fit.I know this may sound weird but I would also like to know if there's a way to make your feet grow because I really want my feet to grow as well. I'm a size 8.5 9.0

I am a 13 year old BOY teenager. Do I need a Health Coach?
I need someone to motivate me to work out, and help with healthy dietary choices, while at the same time working around an 'impairment'. Would anyone at a fitness club be able to help? Good Life? Also budget friendly?BTW this impairment involves the heart and lungs, not a leg or arm. They have no room in my chest to function fully pectus excavatum . Dr. says I might be able to improve things with cardio, but it's hard on the heart and lungs. They have to work 10 times harder to pump blood and keep oxygen flowing, and it hurts sometimes. If I can't improve I may have to get surgery down the road.

Health food nuts, what would be a good argument to give my new boyfriend that artificial sweetners are bad?
Cause he said he would give that to kids cause he is convinced that it is better than giving them jouce cause jouce has sugars. I think he is stuck in the 80s and 90s, but anyway, I told him if you feed kids a healthy dient a little fruit jouce is find and you could alternately give them water, and he is like just cause something is natural does not mean it is good, and I did not say that. I was like fruit jouce has the natural sweetners that God gives you and he is like god gives you too much sugar. I was all, you are wrong. And I cannot convince him, but I really love him and hope to stay with him and I really want to get married. I could not allow our kids to have that cause it is dangerous and I dont want him to die of cancer either. And I think that causes diebetes cause it slows the matabolism. I told him there are natural non calories sweetners and that a little honey is better than sugar. He is like a sales man for artificial sweetners How do I convince him he is wrong?

Alright guys.. i am 17 and I was very fat when i was 13 like super fat... then i lost a lot of weight by going to the gym. then i lost a lot of weight. but i still had some fat left like those hard 10 or 5 kg's that u cant seem to lose .. i tried everything and i didnt lose the fat. especially those " man boobs" i tried everything with them liftiing weights chest fat didnt get removed not even reshaped it still the same but with muscle on the back ... so it looks the same just stronger ...Ive had them since i was 12 or 11 and i am scared that ill never lose them i really want to lose them the bummer is my brother has them and he is 31 and he is had them long time ago but he is overweight by a lot ... so I dont know if its fat or glands or w.e but how do i lose those extra kgs on my chest 1 ... I am a Soccer player so I really want to lose all the fat before I get into college so i can get in the soccer team and be good soccer in my country is very hard to get into its like college football for Americans.so can you guys help me out with that ? any drills or any ideas... Things i tried Pushups... up to 40 Bench Press up to 50kgs ...
