Is this bad for my health?
I love exercising. And I really don't eat as much as the average person my age. I am 18 years old, a female. I typically eat around 500 to 1400 calories per day, but it averages to about 750 per day. This is not even intentional. I just don't like food that much, it does not excite me. I don't feel hungry often either so I normally eat once sometimes twice, but very rare per day. I have major depressive disorder, and exercise is the only thing and thankfully its more natural than medicine that helps relieve my depression. So, as a result, I exercise normally 3.5 to 4 hours a day 6 7 days a week. My BMI is 19.5. To further complicate things, I have not had a period in several months. I am 100 % sure that I am not pregnant. And I have major digestive pains. I also have a small laxative problem. I am a little addicted to them. What should I do? Is my exercise and stuff related to the no period thing?Yeah, well I have gone through many cycles of depression where I gain weight then lose it. So, since february I went from a bmi of 25 to now one of 19.5

i guess so, this could be seen in the case that after potatoes are fried, they become very unhealthy, weren't the original potatoes very healthy??? but once they are fried, they just become very high calories and so on. but we should use OIL when frying something, it is liek a must when cooking it..
