so 5 min ago i. ran up 4 cases of stairs and got extremely tired and now i have chest and throat pain.i had a operation on my nose to fix a brathing problem deviated septum 2 weeks ago, would that have anything to do with it?so whats wrong with me and how can i increase my stamina?

I have been going to sleep at 10 00pm and waking up at 6 15am when I was in school, now it's summer vacation and I've been staying up late every night,I usually go to sleep around 1 4am now and sleeping until 12 1pm my body has seemed to adapt to it although it seems to feel tired in the morning sometimes. My question is will sleeping for 8 hours or more at my new times affect my growth and overall health even if my body seems comfortable with it? I'm 16 years old and weight lift

I'm a 16 year old boy concerned about my health?
Well I'm about 5'6, and about 172 pounds. I really want to lose weight, and even get a little muscular , and have been working out lately. I want to know what would be a " good diet" and " exercise routine" for me. I currently do about 50 sit ups, about 20 to 30 push ups, about 50 jumping jacks, a few stretches, and walk run at least 1 mile a day, yeah I know it's not much but hey I just started . I haven't been eating all to good though because I eat quite a lot of junk food but I'm trying to stop that. I also would like to know if there's anyway, ANYWAY AT ALL, for me to get taller. If there's any kind of exercise's you know of from experience that made you get taller, please let me know, as well if you ate something to get you taller. And overall just to help me grow, get stronger and get fit.I know this may sound weird but I would also like to know if there's a way to make your feet grow because I really want my feet to grow as well. I'm a size 8.5 9.0

I'm not overweight or anything, just curious to know how my diet will affect my future health.?
I don't have the best eating habits and i'm wondering how they will affect me later on in life. I don't eat fruit of any nature aside from blueberries, and i rarely eat meat apart from sandwich meats. I don't drink soda, or juices other than orange juice, as a result i consume lots of water. Vegetables are ok unless its corn, or leafy vegetables, but i love the bread family cereal, breads, pastas, potatoes, ect. I'm 18 and my family and friends always tease warn me about my eating habits. I'm afraid that i might be harming myself or on a path that will lead to a poor future health. I'm 5'5 113lbs if that matters.

Health food nuts, what would be a good argument to give my new boyfriend that artificial sweetners are bad?
Cause he said he would give that to kids cause he is convinced that it is better than giving them jouce cause jouce has sugars. I think he is stuck in the 80s and 90s, but anyway, I told him if you feed kids a healthy dient a little fruit jouce is find and you could alternately give them water, and he is like just cause something is natural does not mean it is good, and I did not say that. I was like fruit jouce has the natural sweetners that God gives you and he is like god gives you too much sugar. I was all, you are wrong. And I cannot convince him, but I really love him and hope to stay with him and I really want to get married. I could not allow our kids to have that cause it is dangerous and I dont want him to die of cancer either. And I think that causes diebetes cause it slows the matabolism. I told him there are natural non calories sweetners and that a little honey is better than sugar. He is like a sales man for artificial sweetners How do I convince him he is wrong?
