An I in good health for weight and height?
I'm 6 foot 1 and weight 230lbs. Is that normal for my height?
Need to lose weight for my health but im struggling. Help!?
I previously lost 19 kilos and went from 92kilos to 73kilos and maintained it for over 2 years and was a happy size 10, fit and quite healthy with the occasional treat and drink. I started travelling in May 2011 and have now gained all that weight back. I am now kicking myself in the back and find my self feeling down a lot Although i had a fantastic time travelling it has come to the point where i have had major health issues Galstones,severe stomach pain etc not to mention none of my clothes fit I have tried to get back to a healthy eating habit since moving from Aus to the UK but im starting to beleive the stories about the Heathrow injection. I cant seem to stop eating bad foods and too much of it...you may say i binge at times but then ill go back to eating ok....my weight is going more up then down. I was exercising before i started working but now due to circumstances I havent been able to fit in the gym.....i do walk around alot. I need some advice on how i can lose this weight FAST while still enjoying a few drinks through the w.e its london....everyone drinks all the time haha . I also have one skimmed milk coffee a day then drink tea green tea. I dont cook much cas i get home from work late. My aim generally is to lose 2 kilos a week or more.... Doont tell me this is bad because I have done it before and well maintained it as I didnt even crave junk anymore . Someone please tell me the best thing to do I need some friendly advice
Will this diet affect my health in a negative way?
I am a 15 year old girl, 5'7 and 129 pounds. Usually I weigh around 127 pounds, but over the holidays I gained about 5 pounds, and until last week, I had weighed 132 pounds. About 2 weeks ago I decided to become a vegetarian, not because I don't like meat, but mostly because it doesn't appeal to me anymore. But now all I ever want to eat is bread, cereal, and peanut butter. Its the strangest thing. for breakfast I have a piece of toast with peanut butter, and two servings of cereal with milk. Then I have the same for lunch and dinner For snacks I maybe have some fruit or a small salad, but I don't really want anything but this. And the strangest thing is, I have lost three pounds in the matter of 5 days. I don't want this to affect my health in a bad way, since I am a runner and run about 4 miles a day plus I work out at the gym 5 days a week. I know I am not overweight, but would like to lose a few more pounds just to be in top shape. I have a lot of muscle, and I really do now want to lose this. What do you think? should I continue what I am doing now, or try to add more variety to my diet?

10 day fitness and health regime?
I have to go away in 10 days, and obviously, I know that I will not be able to ''drop a stone'' by next saturday. However, if you could give me some good exercise plans to do every day, and some health and eating plans, to maybe lose 1 2 kg by saturday week? I have quite a bit of time for sport, but I sprained my ankle a month back and its still not better, so running poses problem. However I have an exercise bike So yeah, some exercises to tone up and slim a bit and some eating tips? Health And Fitness? I got an eight pack but i have never worked out?
I just cut out all Sugar, Soda's and Fast Food and change my diet to lot's of Protein Food's, Fruits and Vegetables and nothing else? Is this rare or can everyone achieve an 8 pack without working out by just eating health?
