I need nutrition advice. Please.?
Okay, so i recently started to eat a more balance diet which mostly consist of veggies and fruits. I've been on this diet for a little more of a month, nevertheless i my diet rarely consists of meat. I get disgusted when i see meat i'm not sure why. Anyways Iv'e been feeling dizzy and tired im not sure why i thought that the veggies would actually give me more enerygy. Do you know whyu???I'm not over weight i just want to live a more healthy lifestyle. here are some of the things i eat everyday morning fruit lunch salad and at night snacks, fruit or cereal.

My whole life I have been eating basically all junk foods because my parents didn't want to take the time to feed me. Now I have severe nutritional problems. My nails turned orange and are brittle and peeling. My skin is nasty and my body is so weak. I'm not sick or anything because I'm at a normal wait if not a little bit overweight . I just need to know what to eat to be healthy because I was never taught. There's not really much to eat in my house other than microwave meals because that's all my parents buy other than white bread and 2 % milk.
I am starting hip hop zumba classes tommorrow.. going once a week for 8 weeks.and i Need nutrition advice...?
my current weight is 130.. this is after 2 kids.. my pre preg weight was at 110.. My goal is to in these 8 weeks of zumba get down to 115.. if i make it to 110 better.. BUT.. these classes are only 1s a week for an hour.. Any suggestions as to what my diet should look like.. I do not want to do a low cal diet as i did that about 6 months ago and yes i dropped 10 lbs.. but 6 months later i gained them back.. so i need some ideas as to how to make my eating a way of life.. any meal plans, suggestions.. Also so i excersice other days or will this once a week do.. i think maybe not right I also need to tighten my stomach.. as after 2 kids it needs tightening.. advice suggestions will be appreciated..

Lack of nutrition, body "shutting down" feeling faint?
I'm a healthy eater, no fast food, soda, etc. I drink tons of water and eat meat, veggies, take vitamins. I am 20 years old and weight 105 lbs. What's been happening is that when I get my period or stay up really late, I get these faint blackout spells. I believe it's something missing in my diet. Any ideas of what it could be?
