Treadmill weight loss? weslo g40 cadence?
I have a weslo g40 cadence treadmill, and am wondering which program on it is specified for weight loss. There is progarms 1 2 3 and 4. Which one is for weight loss? If someone with the same treadmill can tell me which program is designed for weight loss, would be much appreciated.Also, am thinking about doing interval workout, simply beacuse it seems like my kind of thing. Perhaps a steady 3 4 mph and a 6 7 mph for the intensity, full lintervals of perhaps 5 or 6? Wold like to hear expert opinoins, as well as whichi program is actually for weight loss on the weslo g40 cadence.
Can I take weight loss pills and gain muscle at the same time?
Well as of right now I want to gain more muscle so i'm doing reps of 8 10, but I don't want to bulk up and not be toned. So I was thinking can I gain muscle and get toned at the same time by taking weight loss pills? I weight about 150 lbs, 5'9, and I know I can just do a lot of cardio and over time, i will lose all the fat and get a six pack. but i'm just trying to speed up the process. I would appreciate any answers and or personal experiences.

Hi thereSince december i've been dieting and exercising, lost 10kg. now i increased my workout 2 weeks ago and kept the same diet, but ive been gaining weight, 1 2 kg, it fluctuates each day. i do weight training and cardio, 50 mins 5 times a week, and then at home id do yoga. So is this a weight loss plateau? hhow do you overcome it? i dont want to eat less than i do now. my diet is 1300kcal per day.im 18, female, 171cm tall. i weigh 76kg now. why am i gaining weight? sorry for this boring question, just cant find anyone with the same problem as me. thank you for your answers
How can I speed up my weight loss on 20-40 calories a day?
I have been consuming 20calories of liquid a day, and 2 4diet pills that are about 5 calories each, for the past four days. I've lost about 6 7lbs without exercise. How can I speed up my weight loss? I have been working out 5 days a week for the past 5 months, I have been eating less than 2,000 calories a day for the past 6 months, i have only lost 10 pounds. I know most of you think that weight loss pills do not work, but i have friends that have taken them. they don't MAKE you lose weight, they help you lose weight, im looking for something that will boost my metabolism and possibly help burn calories faster. or maybe burn fat while i work out.
