Help with weight loss?
I am 14, 5'2" , and 100 pounds. I eat about 1200 calories. During the day without exercise, I burn about 1600 calories. Is this right? Help me out and tell me what you think.

I think this is pretty alright, is it??Breakfast A bowl of Special K cereal with light milk about 1 cup or less 1 tub 150g low fat Valia yogurtMid Morning Snack 1 Carmans Museli BarLunch Serving of carrot and cucumber sticks, and 1 nectarine Snack 1 apple, 1 bananaDinner about 1 cup of brown rice, very small amount of olive oil used , with broccoli, carrot, corn and chicken.Snack 1 slice of whole meal grain toast with nutella spread dw, not alot of nutella. Additional about 8 small squares of chocolate was desert night Water about 4 bottles of water pretty good size bottles Exercise 10 Minutes hard Dancing, 40 Minutes jogging walking, and 1hr 12 minutes of bike riding on a pretty high gear, riding pretty fast Yeah?? thanks p.s this is just today, i dont do the exact same everyday but im gonna keep it similar, exept for the chocolate and nutella coz that was a treat 2day xx

Hey, i was just wondering weather or not the diet of brown bread, rice and chicken would be good for a diet which purpose is too loose weight, tone muscle? I shall be taking protein shakes after each workout, so this would count as a meal replacement..

Reached a weight loss plateau!!!!!!!! Help?
I am fat and want to lose a stone or 2 more weight. I don't lose weight fast. I have reached a plateau Any suggestions on how to start losing again? I have recently gone vegan I need no too time consuming suggestions cuz i hardly have any time to exercise and by hardly any i REALLY mean it I already skip breakfast and lunch 5 days a week. I have been doing this ever since i started losing so i don't think it is bad for me so no lectures about that please I also only get the chance to eat lunch in front of people and i get really embarressed and just can't do it don't ask why i don't no so please don't suggest eating lunch again.Thank you No tablets or anything all natural cuz i'm not old enough to by stuff like acai berry

I eat healthily and I exercise daily.I burn 800 calories everyday by cardio workout, around 1 hr. and 20 min. each day.This is what I usually eat Breakfast 1 2 cup of oatmeal 75 calories soy milk 100 calories 2 tbsp of hummus 50 calories with lots of vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and celery 2 egg whites 34 calories 1 oz of cheese 110 calories 2 tbsp of flaxseed 70 calories Lunch 1 apple 77 calories 1 orange 45 calories 1 banana 105 calories Dinner 1 2 cup of oatmeal again, as I love oatmeal 75 calories 1 cup of soymilk 100 calories 1 oz of cheese 110 calories 2 tbsp of flaxseed 70 calories Total for the day is usually 1021 caloriesI'm not trying to eat little, but I try to eat a balanced meal, and it's usually how it adds to, as I count calories religiously.So what am I doing wrong? I've been the SAME weight for almost two weeks now and it's really frustrating me. I might add that I've been on my period this past week though, if that causes any change.PLEASE help. Thank you.

Weight loss walking a mile a day (while obese)?
Just wondering if any of you have weight loss stories from simply walking 1 mile a day while on a healthy diet...?I started atkins recently and I decided to start off with walking a mile a day and see how my weight goes from there. I'll admit that my BMI is almost 40, so obviously im extremely overweight what are your reflections if I keep up with this?
