I'm about 14, I'm about 115 pounds and I would love to burn all fifteen pounds in less than a month, don't get me wrong I'm not fat, and I don't want to look like those bony- model either. Any suggestions? Ugh. The problem is I eat more than a horse and I don't know how to stop that. Where can I buy acai berry? If I ever told my mom I wanted to lose weight, she'll lose a fit (my mother and I don't really have the best relationships). Weird??? I can't stop eating and I don't gain any weight AND I can't lose weight, I've tried starving myself even...lol.

What you do is you work on your cardio and eat healthy... i use to be your weight at 14-17 but since high school ended i ended up putting on 15 lbs, rather than losing them so work on your cardio(running,jogging, sit-ups) and do it 3-5 days a week but don't over work your self

Get a healthy breakfast to start your day...everyday. healthy breakfast should be full of essential nutrients for the body after the "fast ". eat 7 servings of colorful variety of fruits and vegetables a day. why? visit the web site below and click on "colorful diet ". health meal = about 30% protein. about 20% to 30% fats, and about 40% to 50% carbs + sufficient micronutrients + water. = sufficient calories to support daily activities 8 to 10 glasses of water per day, depending on built/ weight and activity. eat enough fiber per day, basically from fruits, veggies, complex carbs, and/ or fiber-rich food supplements. cut down on your consumption of simple carbohydrates / sugars like white rice, pasta, donuts, pizza, and sodas. exercise regularly, also for cardiovascular / heart, muscle, and bone health. sleep about 8 hours a day. those who sleep less than 7 hours have great risk of gaining weight. take sufficient omega-3 for intestinal health and cellular health. avoid alcohol. the body converts alcohol into body fats. take food supplements to ensure you give your body enough nutrients per day. good luck!

When you said your mother and you don't have the best relationship---that might be contributing to your eating so much. Part of your "hunger " is emotional eating, if i had to guess. When you feel the need to eat but your stomach feels full, that means you are emotional. Don't eat, if possible. Distract yourself with another activity you enjoy. You can loose many pounds by not over-eating. I highly discourage supplelments like acai berry etc. because you don't loose weight naturally, this can result in gaining the weight back, health disorders and wasted money. I know how you feel, I tried starving myself and wasnt happy with the results. Ive learned the best way to loose weight is by working Hard. During the teenage years we NEED calories, theyre not bad. But a lot of times teens are eating the wrong caloric foods and eating too much. now dont worry, here's what you need to do: -Eat breakfast -Exercise: Place a goal for yourself, aim for alteast 3 times a week for around 30-45minutes. strength-training like sit ups, push ups, the bridge, lunges etc. Not only does this build muscles, it curbs hunger and burns fat as fuel. -Eat nutrient rich foods : Whole-grains, proteins, fruits, veggies and low-fat diary foods. other tips: -remain as active as you can. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk to the store, skip around the house etc. These may seem little but they do a great job of sheading those extra pounds. -dont compare your body to anyone elses, you are yourself and no one can change that. Dont strive to become someone your not, just work-on being the best you can be. -drink LOTS of water---it flushes out fat-trapping toxins and cleanses the body -Keep it up. You cant expect to loose weight within a day, just keep going and working hard and you will reach your goal Good luck :)
