Ello I am 12 (almost 13) and am 5 "3 and weigh 97. Yes I am well aware I am underweight . Until recently I wanted to weigh 90 but I decided that I will just eat right and excercise, letting that lead me ^^. Anyway my Breakfast and Lunch aisn't very much and I want to keep my weight the same so I'm going to give you what I usually have and you need to modify it so it's healthier. Breakfast- Water Wheat toast w/ butter Lunch Sandwich on oatmeal bread w/ lettuce and cheese special k bar apple Yeah kinda bad XD Well have fun I guess. |

Take out the butter on your wheat toast and eat more. i know it sounds dumb, but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. if you don't eat enough, you'll fell more hungry the rest of the day, and end up eating more than you need. also, make sure you drink water ALL day, not just at breakfast. and wtf? is that all you eat? you should be having about 7 small meals each day. it will increase your metabolism (compared to just having 3 big meals) and is all together better for you. make sure you get some more vegetables, protein (meat), and nuts in there. |

This may sound crazy but you should have some life into your food! With you bread, you can have nutella or jam. You need some fruits and dairy but not butter and o yes you need protein so you can think in school. During school have a little snack like carrot sticks or sugar peas. Then for lunch, you should as some protein like some kind of meat or eggs. When you get home from school have another little snack. Then eat dinner. :D At least that is what I do. I am also underweight. I'm 5'4 and currently 95 lbs. Yes I know, totally underweight but i don't know why. I eat like a pig. My snacks are usually the same size as my meals :P but don't do what I do. |
