Question: Does the acai berry and colon cleanse diet really work?

I have been struggling to loose weight for a long time. I cut down my meals, did more activities outside, excluded a lot of sweet things from my diet. I am trying my best to loose weight, I even tried exercising and those workout shows on T.V. I am very busy person and i need something that will help me lose weight fast enough but in a healthy way. I saw a bunch of ads about the acai berry and colon cleanse diet and i decided to do research on it. I was skeptical at first but then i saw videos on the diet, Dr. Oz said something about it. I started to fall into it but i still wasn't sure. I researched further for other people's responses to it. They say its a scam, blah blah blah. Most people really haven't tried it for themselves. so i just wanna know does this stuff really WORK? *IMPORTANT NOTE* WHEN I MEANT TO ASK THIS QUESTION, I WANT RESPONSES FROM PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY TRIED THE PRODUCT AND HAVE HAD GOOD OR BAD RESULTS FROM IT. PLEASE, IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED THE PRODUCT OR YOUR NOT A CERTIFIED DOCTOR, I ASK YOU NOT TO COMMENT TO THIS QUESTION, AND PLEASE NO OBVIOUS ANSWERS. thank you!

Acai berry does work. That is as far as a natural anti-oxidant will. Any weight loss pill that contains Acai, will usually contain some kind of thermogenic such as green tea, guarana, bitter orange, or caffeine. Natural acai by its self has the same side effect as strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries. The combination of a cleanse and lose pill may have side effects depending on other ingredients. There are also some that contain some kind of appetite suppressant. But the acai berry is not going to be substantial enough by itself to help you really lose weight or have side effects. It is terrible, it makes you crap blood for five days and then you have regular diarrhea for about 3 weeks. DO NOT USE IT!!!!! You could die.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/ keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called ProShapeRX. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info, also if your in time, theres a limited free trial where all you have to do is pay like 5 bucks for s/ h which I took advantage of but in the long run, I ended up ordering more. Hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/ help to you.. I'm 5'8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, acai berry, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me....
