Question: Has anyone tried the acai berry diet? did it work for you?

Many have tried it and have reported on these pages they lost money not weight. There are more antioxidants on locall bought fruit and vegetables. antioxidants do not aid weight loss. If you do try it never fall for the so called free sample online. Type acai ans scam into your search engine. The online claims are untrue, pure fiction. The berry will not harm you but it certainly will not help you either.

Acai berry diet is very unhealthy and must be avoided. I heard that the FDA is considering banning acai berry diet on the market shelf beginning next year somewhere in June. You need to drink alot of water. Secondly, limit your calories and exercise. Then you will lose weights.
