Question: Why aren't acai berry pills working for me?! :(?

Im 13 and i took acai berry pills and the dident do anything! i have taken 2 1/ 2 since we got them off eBay on wensday. i read that all you do is eat regular and the pill does the rest! since taken it today i havent felt so hungry but it dident help my weight at all!!!!!!! all i get is regular weight fluctuations! its making me sad because i had put so much hope on that helping me lose the weight i dont want! :'( PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!! if you help me i will luv u 4 eva!!

For weight loss, there is no such thing as the easy button. Acai berry pills and all those other 'fast weight loss' products don't work. They all say 'with diet and exercise', which will make you lose weight whether or not you're taking the pills... so the moral of the story is, they won't work for you. They never really do. If you want to lose weight, you'll have to work to do it. Sorry.

It's a scam... try eating actual acai berries, goji berries and acai berry juice. personally I think you're too young for pills anyway and natural form might work better.

You might not believe this, but if you stick to a healthy dietary habits by eating small meals throughout the day like every 3 hours, protein shakes and copious amounts of water you will lose body fat and maintain size. Things like bread and pasta should be kept to a minimum, they are still needed and are good if you need that extra energy to get through a workout. Just don't over do them! Losing muscle mass occurs when you are on a 'diet' that denies your body the nutrients needed to sustain strength.
