Question: Can a 15 year old girl do the acai elite diet?

So im 15 and i play volleyball and ive always been fit but im like 134 which is the most ive ever been in my entire life. i excercise and diet and run but i want to try this. im going to get p90x and the abcircle pro soon too but i wanted to know if this could make me look inorexic or like if this could be bad for me?

The best way to lose weight is calorie cycling. Each day you eat a different number of calories. It works because your body never gets used to how many calories you take in. You're always tricking it. It's a way to lose weight without starving yourself. You just have to count calories. If you want to pig out, do it on your high calorie days. Day 1: 1200 calories Day 2: 2000 calories Day 3: 1200 calories Day 4: 1600 calories Day 5: 1600 calories Day 6: 2000 calories Day 7 1600 calories
