You could have just gotten yourself a subscription to a gym.. Doesn't have to be expensive either. Recreation centers charge $10 per person. Well depends on your location. Lazy butt.

No, it doesn't work at all. The acai fruit is filled with antioxidants, which are good for your cells and fighting off free radicals to help you look younger among other things. For weight loss it is not affective. If you need to lose weight try a food journal, so that you are forced to hold yourself accountable for what you eat. Do a good interval workout and drink lots of water. If you are dehydrated your metabolism will slow. If you really feel that you need to take something try Purisalv chia seeds. They are really healthy with more antioxidants than the acai pill that you bought and they really work for weight loss. I am a runner and I take them daily. Plus they are cheap around $20
