I'm not even going to bother to read those articles. Let me smack some reality into your brain. Any product that claims to "act fast " is a scam. You have to make a life long commitment to be healthy. If you think a 2-day diet or 1 week "colon cleanse " will make you thin, you will regain the weight back after and waste a lot of money. Don't rely on a single product to lose weight.
