Question: Acai berry daily cleanse health benefits?

Hiya guys, I am not looking to lose weight or anything like that I am simply wanting to have a healthy body. I am health conscious in lots of ways but I have heard acai berry is a good antioxidant. I do however also have IBS and so I am hoping it might help with my bloating a bit. Is it a good supplement to take? Any advice I would appreciate.

Forget it, it's more likely to upset your body than do any good. It gives people diarrhoea which can damage the normal enzymes and flora in the digestive tract and cause electrolyte imbalances
