Looking for a free online health and fitnes trainer? Trying to get my life and body back on track!?
I'm 17 and currently grounded for two months after going through a long state of depression and bad experiences. I want to get my life back on track. I use to have quite the perfect body and now i've started breaking out and got sick and i never get sick. I've noticed im losing weight in the wrong places and gaining weight in the wrong places. I am 5'7" and was weighing 121 pounds now weighing 111. Not to mention I have some kind of molescum ? I just want my body to be nice and healthy again, but being gorunded isnt making this easy. I only have access to my computer and email at the moment, so if you can leave comments tips email that would be great xoxo

Is aspartame really bad for your health?
I have recently stopped drinking diet soda and drinking lots of water with generic version of crystal light in it or the kool aid equivalent. I read most diet sodas have aspartame in them too but I'm not sure which ones. I'm doing this so I will drink more water.

Need to lose weight for my health but im struggling. Help!?
I previously lost 19 kilos and went from 92kilos to 73kilos and maintained it for over 2 years and was a happy size 10, fit and quite healthy with the occasional treat and drink. I started travelling in May 2011 and have now gained all that weight back. I am now kicking myself in the back and find my self feeling down a lot Although i had a fantastic time travelling it has come to the point where i have had major health issues Galstones,severe stomach pain etc not to mention none of my clothes fit I have tried to get back to a healthy eating habit since moving from Aus to the UK but im starting to beleive the stories about the Heathrow injection. I cant seem to stop eating bad foods and too much of it...you may say i binge at times but then ill go back to eating ok....my weight is going more up then down. I was exercising before i started working but now due to circumstances I havent been able to fit in the gym.....i do walk around alot. I need some advice on how i can lose this weight FAST while still enjoying a few drinks through the w.e its london....everyone drinks all the time haha . I also have one skimmed milk coffee a day then drink tea green tea. I dont cook much cas i get home from work late. My aim generally is to lose 2 kilos a week or more.... Doont tell me this is bad because I have done it before and well maintained it as I didnt even crave junk anymore . Someone please tell me the best thing to do I need some friendly advice

Is eating Cheetos bad for your health?
My parents NEVER EVER let me eat Cheetos. I eat them without them knowing. Even though I like eat them once if I'm lucky a month. My parents say that like it stains my fingers, it stains my stomach. And when i say once a month i mean it, I remember being 5 and them STILL not letting me eat them saying the same excuse. 10 day fitness and health regime?
I have to go away in 10 days, and obviously, I know that I will not be able to ''drop a stone'' by next saturday. However, if you could give me some good exercise plans to do every day, and some health and eating plans, to maybe lose 1 2 kg by saturday week? I have quite a bit of time for sport, but I sprained my ankle a month back and its still not better, so running poses problem. However I have an exercise bike So yeah, some exercises to tone up and slim a bit and some eating tips? Health difference between t.v. and video games?
i enjoy playing video games, just like anyone else who plays them, but my parents restrict the amount of video games i play every day, but i am allowed to watch t.v. when i want, as much as i want, to pretty much no limit. when playing video games, i have to think, strategize, be social i play online , move my hands, and so much more. when watching t.v., all you do is sit and mindlessly absorb commercials and shows. does anyone have any statistics or tests, proving that video games are healthier than t.v.? my parents refuse to give video games a chance, and they won't listen to what i tell them, can anyone give me evidence that proves i'm right?Haha yes i understand both are usually unhealthy, but what im asking is, which one is better, and how

Health/overweight question?
I am 16 about 5ft 10 inches and I play football and baseball. The problem is I think I have fat deposits in my chest. I have a body fat % of 19. I run pretty fast. I'm not out of shape, but I guess I have man boobs. They look great when my nipples are hard. And I can flex them and they are hard but it's like there is more fat at the bottom of them.
