Question: A question about weight loss/health?

I am very overweight right now, and I'm in the process of trying to loose weight and such (i'm 15). But I know that if you eat fatty foods your arteries can become clogged or compromised with fat & other bad materials. So let's say I become extremely healthy over the next 2- 3 years and I get in shape and eat a healthy diet, will I still have clogged arteries, or do these go away. I'm only asking because I'm worried that I would still be at risk for heart problems when I'm older even if I lose weight. **Just remember, I'm a 15 year old kid, so no derogatory comments, please. **
