Ok so I need to know if it's ok to actually indulge a little in my diet. For four days out of the week I go to girls lacrosse practice for 90 minutes. Before that about everyother day I practice singles tennis for about an hour sometimes more....and I know I shouldn't be too lenient on myself because I'm so used to a restricted diet...but should I just give in and let myself have some treats...I mean I usually manage to eat healthy....but I don't want to have to gain weight from it..

Sure treat yourself every so often but try not to have a huge break (300-500 + calories- can you you say Mocha Frappechino) every day. Maybe try a couple days a week treating yourself so you do not start feeling deprived or have your diet begin to feel too restrictive. In moderation most foods will not ruin your diet.

Yes, give your body some of the soul food it's been craving. If you don't, after a while, you will binge on it and go crazy!
