What is it and what does it do to you. And what is Endurance Exercise?

Well Cardiovascular Health is pretty much anything you do because your using your heart. Especially when your exercising like running, biking, or even walking some times. Cardiovascular endurance is when you do a activity that makes your heart pump faster then normal. so pretty much anything that makes you more active then normal is a Cardiovascular endurance exercise you can try running, biking, swimming, bike riding, walking, jogging, and lots more.
