Question: Does bodybuilding is good for health?

Now a days they talk about regular excersize, I spend 45min a day, 7 days a week working out ( mostly upper part) , am I doing right? I didn't started the cardio yet as i am trying to build stamina

Well first of all if your trying to build strength you shouldn't work out the same muscle two days in a row...its not good.

Nothing is bad with bodybuilding. the question is, will the condition of your health allows you to perform it. this is why it is recommended to consult your doctor prior bodybuilding workouts. if your goal is just to build your stamina, then you should include routines for your lower body part. Sports like tennis and basketball are good stamina builder.
