Question: Proven health benefits to green tea?

I know there are a lot of claims for health benefits of green tea but are there any PROVEN health benefits?

Well, i drink green tea most of the day. i love it. and one thing i've realized about this tea is it improves your vision. i've never had vision problems or anything but my vision is now even better. it also cleanses you on the inside.i drink it and it also helps you to lose weight or keep your current weight.
