Question: Is eating subway frequently damaging to my health?

I'm a 21 year old male and I'm trying to gain weight. I have Subway every 2nd or 3rd day after my workout. I have - foot long white bread - chicken fillets - swiss cheese - lettuce - cucumber - capsicum - pickles - bbq sauce |

MJ..were you being sarcastic??? No it doesnt dammage you too much. I would cut back a day tho. eating subway twice a week is alot but its not horrible. it depends on what else you eat when u arnt eating subway. if you eat really healthy then subway is alright. |

Yes. #1 why are you trying to gain weight? #2 Generally foods that cause you to gain weight are not healthy for you at all. #3 Subway is not as healthy as they claim to be. You are doing long term damage to your body if you eat there too much. Now yes, a young man can eat unhealthy foods to SOME extent and be fine, but too much of it and thats a problem. |

Try asking for oil/ mayonaise. Ask for double stacked meats/ cheese. Try adding black olives. Get you're sub with a large 2% milk and pretzels or soup. Try a healthier, denser bread more benefital - 9 grain honey and oat's. Hope i'v helped, goodluck! |
