15 male work out , health , ect. .?

Okay i'm fifteen and male , i want to know what to do to work out to get buff and & & how hard will it be ? okay i use to have abs and really big calves i'm not sure how . . haha then i went to do homeschooling and time after time everything went away , so i'm 5'9 really skinny i'm 116 pounds :/ well right now the thing i want the most is (in order) big arms (bi/ triceps) and pecs / and shoulders then abs , and the least important to me my legs . so i use to have a gym member ship but never went so my mom wont let me get another one i lost some weight because i went to my sister bikram yoga business shet and now i just need to get buff but i have nothing , weights ect . . so what can i do to build mussel up ? like what reps , sets , days . and if you can , can you tell me a healthy diet plan because , all i eat and i'm not kidding is candy like that's it and if it's not that it's fast food :D but i'll give it up if i have to , and i hav like 4 protein shakes .

Eat alot of protien, my cousin is a personal trainer and he carrys around a jug of water and a ton of protein bars and hes huge like the incredible hulk!!!!! also eat lean meats like chicken fish, and instead of regular burgers eat bison, those are FILLED with protein and have less fat but they taste sooooooo yummy (:. and you should work out EVERY DAY!!!!!!!!!!! AND NEVER SKIP A DAY!!! becuase if you skip a day youll think its okay to skip another, then another and youll never end up going to the gym, and you dnt have to spend ur whole day at the gym try an hour or two of hardcore work out time. and bring music, i suggest heavy metal,hard core rap or some really intense rock song. this will get you pumped and feel like a monster! and bring some one along with ya to yell at you so you will work harder (: if you need anymore help you can email me. hoped i helped. ps, drink tons of water!!!!!!!!! that helps alot!!!
