Question: I eat 4 grapefruits a day. is it bad for my health to eat too many ?

That should be OK. If you overdo it you will know it as you are likely to get the runs as all fruit in large amounts is laxative.

Well, keep in mind that the citric acid can through your digestion off, and the same acid has a nasty habit of eating teeth

Too much of anything is bad, remember. But I'm sure grapefruits won't hurt.
