Question: I need some health tips please?

I'm 5'7 and i weigh around 128- 134 lbs(its always changing). I was just wanting some advice to get my body back in shape. I don't really care about how much i way i just want a nice body for the spring/ summer. I have a pretty big waist and thighs and i want to try and get a smaller waist, flat stomach(not abs), and skinnier thighs. I do soccer twice a week and sometimes go to the track on the weekends and i dont eat that much. so whats the problem? What can i do about my body to make it better?? any advice or tips would be helpful. thanx for the answers. im only 16 and im broke so i dont really have the money to do any programs or anything like that. and my mom is really strict on what i can do so no pills either.But thanx for the answer anyway. Oh and i'm really just looking for some like natural tips or whatever but nothing difficult or that takes forever. just quick tips. haha sorry for typing so much :) oh and i eat fine lol im not one of those girls who wont eat i just eat small amounts |

Sup, understand your trying to look...fit. You say you dont eat...thats the problem. Portion yourself atleast 5 small meals a day so your body is in a catabolic state of burn called metabolism. Try yogurt, and cheese. or a grilled chicken sandwhich. Breakfast is most important meal off the day.Anything, like The soccer and track, KEEP DOING becasue you wont lose the waist unless your obviously active. I know you dont want abs, but crunches and sit-ups will help your core become defined (flat). Im a juniro in college and workout 4x times week. been doin so for 14 months now, and I know my stuff because it work for me, however I'm a male and women struggle with weight loss much more difficult then men since we have a much higher metabolism. |
