Question: I need advice on weight loss, getting health,&&fit. exersice, diet, && diet suplements.?

I'm about to start getting really serious about getting my body back. I had a baby abt 3months ago. I weigh around 140. I was around 120 before. & & I want to get back to that and how my body looked. My stomac is still pretty flabby. I've been working out a little, but I need to know what to do to get the best results the fastest. I want to het back down from a size 11 to a 7 jeans. And get my stomac back flat and tight like it was. How should I start this off? Should I do any kind of detox? What should my diet consist of & & what should I stay away from? What kind of exersices will have the best results? How often should I exercise? Do you know any web sites that will answer my questions better? Should I use any kind of diet suplements? Or viteman suplements? |

Getting back to your normal size is going to take some hard work, but you can do it; I have much confidence in you and can tell that you are serious.. First things first: A Natural detox would give you a head start on helping to shrink your stomach, however the best food you can take in for this is FIBER.. taking in at least 40 grams of Fiber per day will help you jump start your weight loss efforts.. If you like Tea, try to get a cup of green tea, which has an antioxidant called catechin in it to help trigger weight loss, and a cup of Dandelion tea, which helps to rid the body of toxic waste... Eat at least 1-2 apples per day.. Apples have a component called pectin in them that aids in weight loss... And as always, find a good multi-vitamin you can take every single day.. Stay away from simple carbs and sugars and eat more whole grain products like whole wheat bread, barley, brown rice, Kashi Cereal (Great for Breakfast:), broccoli, and lots of salads with low -fat dressings.. You should combine both cardio exercises and weight training 3-5 times per week.. Start off doing 20 minutes on the elliptical or bike and increase the intensity every minute for 5 minutes then go back down in intensity then back up until you reach 20 minutes.. With weight training, start at about 2 sets of 20 reps for lean tone, working your upper body one day and your lower body every other day.. with a rest in between.. The only supplements you need right now is Omega 3 Fatty Acid, Flaxeed Oil, and Cascara Sagrada.. These work wonders in weight loss.. I hope this helped you.. I don't think you should do a detox. I'm starting a diet and I've been researching about different diets and if you do a detox or cleanse, it will slow down your metabolism and as soon as you get off the diet you'll gain all the weight back plus some. It kind of blows :/ You should try the diet that i'm going on! breakfast = teaspoon of penut butter on whole wheat toast with apple OR egg whites with lowfat cheese snack = some strawberries snack = some grapes lunch = yogurt snack = vegetables dinner = possibly turky meat and lowfat cottage cheese Drink LOTS of water. Some exercises that I do are situps and jump roping. They work pretty well, but don't over-do the jump roping, you're legs will be sore for DAYS. Start off by jumping to about 100 per set. |

I'm one of those people that has been overweight most of my life. I tried a lot of different shortcuts that never seemed to work.
