What should i eat at school for breakfast? because im trying to lose weight. Cereal and milk or cereal bar These are my school choices. ill eat a fruit with the cereal how about that? |

Cereal bars usually have a ton of sugar. Go with the cereal and milk. |

Neither is really a very healthy breakfast. But, the cereal and milk is the better of the two. A breakfast should probably have more substance and have more fruits and other healthy choices, though. But, to each his own! |

Dont listen to nate, you need to eat breakfast I'd go with milk and cereal that way you get your grains and dairy :] make sure the milk is not whole milk though skim or 1% will be fine :] and be sure the cereal is not sugary or anything, try and choose a healthy choice! |

Cereal and milk, because there a safe solution...cereal bars have added sugars and different ingrtedients that seperate it from an actuall bowl of cereal, cereal (which is high in fiber) and milk (which gives ur body nutrients) is the safe way to eat early, because u know what a cereal bar taste like, and its too sweet for my blood lol... |

Cup of wholegrain/ fiber cereal with 250mL/ 1cup of 1-2% milk. Consume with a medium fruit or 1/ 4 cup dried fruit OR 250mL fruit juice. Goodluck! |
