Question: Does american green tea still have any health benefits?

When I say American Green Tea I mean big brand names such as Brisk. They jam so much sugar and other things into it, That I am worried that it detracts from it's health benefits.

Well tea is tea, the difference of teas is that certain types. However, what tells them apart is some have too much sugar. One type of healthy tea is constant comment it's delicious, has low carbohydrates and low sugar.I'm 13 so if it doesn't taste right and healthy at the same time then i won't bother.

It's cheaper to brew and sweeten your own tea rather than buying bottles. Sweeten with honey instead of sugar, a tea spoon (NOT TABLESPOON) per cup is a good measurement. Think about it: Water + Tea Bag = ZERO calories.
