Question: Is drinking one beer or one glass of wine a day bad for one's health?

No i dont think that letting oneself go once for a day effect that much of your health everyone need off days so dont worry. we r all humans after all and not machines.

Wine is a lot healthier for you than beer, but a glass a day would be a little too much. Maybe every week or so would be good.

I think wine has some antioxidants in it, so I don't see whats wrong with it in moderation. I have no clue about beer though.

Don't believe that BS about wine. Drink a glass of grape juice, it is more healthy than wine. Think about it. Alcohol isn't great for you, in anyway. It only makes your liver work harder to clean your blood so you don't die from the alcohol.
