Question: How am i to loose weight? i excersize 40 mins a day and try to stay away from junk.. plz explain a health plan?

Greetings Madiia! Lose weight fully depends on your nutrition and your will to train in order to lose weight. You should start gaining some muscles. They're the best way to burn fat. So if you train with at least decent weights three times a week, it would be totally fine. But don't forget, it stand and falls with your nutrition. For further information just stress yahoo or google a bit and read yourself through some basics. Hope i was use full for you Paul~
