Question: Which is best for health -- green tea, black tea or coffee? what are the benefits of each 3?

I drink a cup of green tea, a cup of coffee and a cup of black tea daily. Which of the 3 is best for health? and if i continue drinking a cup of each a day, what would be the health effects. I do not drink decaffeinated. So i'm asking benefits about non- decaffeinated only

Non decaffeinated??? so that would be called caffeinated haha. anyway in order of how good they are for you i would rank them... 1. green tea 2. black tea 3. coffee there is caffene in all 3 but coffee doesnt have many nutrients but the caffene is a stimulant and will raise your heart rate and boost your metabolism but green tea is very beneficial to your body and i would put that at number 1.
