How much do you exercise per week in days? How many hours on those days are spent weightlifting and cardio? What is your blood type?

1. I excercise about 4-5 days per week. 2. On each day, 20 mins fairly is cardio then 30-45 mins is weightlifting. 3. I dunno

6 days a week 3 day weight lifting 1hr 3 days cardio 1-2hrs and idk

5. Monday, wednesday, and friday I do intense, full body powerlifting for roughly 1 hour. Tuesday and thursday I have AM wrestling for 2 hours, intense cardio, and PM Brazilian JiuJitsu for 1.5 hours, mostly technique, moderate cardio. My blood type is O positive.
