Well I'm about 5'6, and about 172 pounds. I really want to lose weight, (and even get a little muscular), and have been working out lately. I want to know what would be a "good diet " and "exercise routine " for me. I currently do about 50 sit- ups, about 20 to 30 push- ups, about 50 jumping jacks, a few stretches, and walk/ run at- least 1 mile a day, (yeah I know it's not much but hey I just started). I haven't been eating all to good though because I eat quite a lot of junk food but I'm trying to stop that. I also would like to know if there's anyway, ANYWAY AT ALL, for me to get taller. If there's any kind of exercise's you know of from experience that made you get taller, please let me know, as well if you ate something to get you taller. And overall just to help me grow, get stronger and get fit. I know this may sound weird but I would also like to know if there's a way to make your feet grow because I really want my feet to grow as well. I'm a size 8.5- 9.0

You can sleep more to get taller try this mesure your height in the morning then before you go to sleep you will be shorter after you wake up you'll see you grew

I don't think there's a natural way to make your feet grow or to grow taller. However you might grow taller because after all you're only 16 and some boys don't stop until they're 21. Ummmm... stretching/ yoga? Maybe might make you taller? Better posture? Try those :/
