Question: Is protinex good for health?

Protinex is a food supplement needed only for people who are recuperating from a major illness,or trauma or major surgery. It can also be administered to people who are malnourished. Other than that normal,healthy people who take a proper diet need not take Protinex.

It is good but for certain limit every body has it is own limitation i will suggest you to go to doctor and find out how much is good for you

If u r gym going person then its good for u but if u don't go for gym then dont take it becoz its high protine and without any excersize it has kidny stone problem.
