Question: Stamina/health question?

So 5 min ago i. ran up 4 cases of stairs and got extremely tired and now i have chest and throat pain. i had a operation on my nose to fix a brathing problem [deviated septum] 2 weeks ago, would that have anything to do with it? so whats wrong with me and how can i increase my stamina?

You should probably run a nearby dungeon and get some + Stamina gear.
