Not sure if I understand your question but lets see :) Fitness improves every aspect of the human. It improves discipline, focus, determination, will. It also means great health to your body. Makes you look great, lets you develop muscles and modify your body the way YOU want to. It gives you a feeling of accomplishment, you know you achieved something and you worked for it hard and there you go the results are obvious for you and everyone around you. Fitness can only give you, it will not take from you and it will not question your ways. You are the only one who decides what exactly you will do with yourself and for yourself, not even mentioning the amazing feeling after a great workout.

'No' should be said totally to extra fats (butter, milk's cream, oil, nuts). Green Tea is suggested by me (ofcoarse without sugar). Breakfast must be eaten early. Breakfast should be started with half glass purified water. Lunch with high proteins (not fat) should be taken. Proteins help us to tighten our muscles so that fat cannot harm easily. Excercise is a must. After exercise Vitamin C (400-500 mg) and Vitamin E (300-400 IU) should be taken to prevent muscle soreness. What ever I suggest exercises like brisk-walking, running, cycling, swimming. YOGA: esp. Pabanmuktiashaan, Ordhamurkashaan, Uthithapadashaan, Uddayonbandhaa, Jastiashaan and Crunches as well as push-ups are suggested by me. Dinner should be taken atleast 3 hours before sleeping. Hard pillow is good to cut the extra fats of chin. Waters should be drunk more. Inshallah it will do a lot if it is followed properly.
