Question: Is this good health diet?

I am currently on a big healthy eating plan. Have been sticking to 3 meals a day.. Generally Bran flakes for breakfast A poached chicken breast and salad sandwich on brown bread, with no spread for lunch, 3 New potatoes, cold meat and big salad for dinner, no dressing. With my daily snacks being only oranges, apples, celery or 1 fat free yoghurt. I'm upping my exercise also, and hope to shift some weight aswell as feel fitter again. Any idea if this will work ok? And perhaps how much I could lose per week/ month? Many thanks
