Question: Why do they put health warning on ciggerettes but not on sausages or bacon being a cancerogenic?

Well I love Bacon and the latest news is it is linked with cancer. But then again being born can be linked with cancer. Spelling mistakes pointed out by ? *cigarettes **carcinogenic

*cigarettes **carcinogenic (if you must use big words, please get them right) Because you don't suck sausages or bacon directly into your lungs like you do with the smoke from cigarettes. Stands to reason.

Cigarettes ARE bad for your health, once you've smoked one the damage is done. With food, some things things can be bad for you but they won't do you any harm if you have the right lifestyle to deal with them. E.g. If you eat lots of fat, you can get fat or go to the gym with no effect. Bacon and sausages only cause cancer because they contain lots of chemicals which can only be digested in your body by producing free radicals - chemicals that want an extra electron, which MAY be pulled from your DNA, possibly turning the cell cancerous. Your body deals with these free radicals (mainly hydrogen peroxide) with antioxidants, which come mostly from fruits - antioxidants are a purple black colour, so blueberries and pomegranates have lots of them. Basically, cigarettes are always bad, meat can be bad if you have a poor diet.

Because sausages and bacon are fucking delicious. Also, they do far less damage than cigarettes. Bacon and sausages may be able to cause cancer, but cigarettes also cause lung disease and heart disease, not to mention they fuck up your teeth and make your breath smell nasty.

Because its all a plot by the veggies they know there is no defence against bacon sandwiches so now they have gone down the cancer route. Lettuce gives you cancer not that terrifying is it but bacon then that scares the sh*t out of people. Its all rubbish carry on eating the pig!
