Question: Is there calcium in almond milk? if so, is it enough to have good health?

Certainly is calcium in there but its not enough for a full days servering u would still have to eat Yogrut cheese lots of vegetables also consider taking a calcium supplment

On it's own no, so they fortify it with calcium in most brands. It's not enough in one serving to fulfill your daily needs, but it does have a lot in there.

Almond milk is usually fortified with vitamin D and calcium. Silk almond milk actually has more calcium than a glass of actual milk. You want to eat a variety of foods to be healthy, but almond milk is an excellent source of calcium.
