Health/weight loss tips?!?

Some things you should know are: I am an insulin dependent diabetic (type 1). I am also looking to lose 20- 30 lbs. I know this is a lot but I am not planning to do it all at once. I am a teen girl and I do online school so I have a lot of time. My mom however, works from 8- 5 so I can't do much needing transportation. Does anybody have any Seventeen or YouTube workouts that work? Links would be appreciated. I also can not go on any high sugar diets because of my diabetes but I'm not really looking to diet per se and I am definitely not taking weight loss drinks/ pills. I would like to do this the healthy and natural way.

Weight watchers!!!! It works.. And if u have on demand, find excersise on demand.. plus on weight waters u eat normal foods, if ur low on sugar or what're there are things u can suck on that will get it up. or anything, weight waters works like that

Excersise more eat less. thast key to weight loss. much easier said than done though, trust me hahah :) but drink water before every meal so you feel more fill, give yourself one small sweet treat a day so you wont crave tthem all day and end up binging but try to snack on fruits and veggies rest of day. and for breakfast lunch and dinner eat portein like chicken,fish, etc and fiber cerea;s, oatmeals,etc.
