Question: Is this enough exercise for health and weight loss?

Mon thru thursday - 45 minutes cardio after work and 20 to 30 minutes weights on my lunch Fri - 20 to 30 min weights Sat - 30 min cardio On my 45 min cardio I always do the first 25 minutes doing intervals. 30 seconds hard 90 sec recover or 60 sec hard 2 min recover. Also I do the first 25 one machine and 20 on another (elliptical, bike, treadmill).

Yes, this and a healthy diet is perfect.

The fact that youre essentially working out all week long should be enough with a good diet....in fact with interval cardio and some weight you could prob afford to take at least 2 days off a week. Of course this is all based on the fact that you truly are eating healthy and in moderation.
