Is bad eating while your young going to affect your adult health?
I eat a lot of processed food and junk but i am a normal weight, will this affect me later on in life like blood pressure and cholesterol?

Does eating rice crispies have any health benfits at all?
It pretty much has no flavor but I noticed that it contains high fructose corn syrup. Is there any reason to eat it at all?

Would having a few sticks of gum containing aspartame be bad for my health?
I rarely chew gum, but tonight I had a few pieces of gum and later realized, oh duh it probably contains aspartame, and sure enough it did. I'm wondering if this will effect my health now or in the future in anyway? Like I said I rarely chew gum and I don't eat or drink anything normally containing artificial sweeteners. So am I most likely going to be fine or should I be concerned?

Is it bad for my health to take all of the following supplements at once?
I am 16 years old and I will be working out 3 days a week, with a strict workout plan and diet, but i will also be consuming multi vitamin tablets, cod liver oil tablets every day and the following on the days i workout BSN NO Explode, Maxi muscle pro gain, creatine and casein.My plan is to gain muscle mass.I don't want any answers that tell me I'm too young to do weights or saying don't take supplements because having the right diet is enough, thank you.

I'm chubby. I want to eat healthy and make my body healthy. I binge eat... My mom buys junkfood and thinks it's not junkfood... she buys Special K cereal, muffins, Activia yogurt, packaged processed food She also buys some health stuff like fruits and veggies.. But it's soooo tempting and I can't control myself What do you eat throughout the day? What do you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks in between? How do you keep motivated to eat healthy? Please help I want to be a health freak so bad.. but I just can't control myself If I don't eat any junkfood for a week will it be easier to not give in to eat it? What should I do ? Please help

Opinions on my health plan?
so i made a kind of health plan kinda thing. i am going to take a maximum 1500 calories a day and workout taking vitamins and whey protein shakes. at the end of 4 5 monhs when i am slim cut i am going to use estrogen blockers testosterone boosters and workout. im turning 18 and i am eating pretty healthy right now. any comments would be appreciated thx forgot to add im 5'10 and weigh about 180 right now my target weight would probably be 160 when i cutt all fat off and 165 170 when i take the e blockers and bust out my body

Health question. Need clearing up!?
So, with reading everything it's just like... confusing. I am currently 128 pounds and I am 5'2, I'm healthy weight, and I recently lost 30 pounds. But now everything is slowing down and I am going to get a gym membership in the morning, so do I basically just eat lot's of veggies and a good amount of fruit, with carbs but not too many or the bad ones , and stay away from foods with lot's of fat salt sugar? Is that the key to it?And if I just use the bicycle machine and elliptical for an hour and a half for 4 days a week, is that fine too for my 'sweating' excersizes? That doesn't include my two hours of walking I do every day or anything.. but yes, is that all? Any suggestion or am I all good?
