Question: (10 points!!!) help me,any nutrition experts?

I have some questions about loosing weight , eating healthy, exercising is it bad to eat after 7 pm even if its a piece of fruit? is it bad to eat before a workout?like i have oatmeal( natural, with water) for breakfast and then an hour later workout? how can i loose inches off my waist, and thighs? |

Eat asparagus and chicken with salad, have lots of fiber and yogurt is also healthy. You're doing fine with whatever you are eating, just don't overdo it. |

No it's not bad to eat after 7pm. If you are going to be up for more than 2 hrs you can have something healthy like protein. If your stomach aches eat some fruit and you can retire for bed before 2 hrs. Yes eat before a workout...preferable protein and whole grain good carbs. Not a big meal because when you eat a large meal not a snack, the blood is shunted to your stomach to digest and will make you more sluggish when you work out. Inches of waist...cardio and resistance and light weight training that works the core but sit ups by themselves won't cut the fat off ur core it will tone. Thighs...light weights several reps, resistance training,,,lundges. |

First of all its losing weight, but this is the internet so lets get to business you can eat at night but it just slows down ur metabolism u become fat. eat fruits, just dont eat when ur bored dont eat before working out, take 10-20g of whey protein before and eat massive amounts of protein after run,run,run, or cardio at least and to make urself jacked squatz and oats |

1. Eat a piece of fruit! It's totally fine! That rule only applies to big meals or junk food. 2. No, what you are doing is correct. 3. Keep an exercise regimen of crunches, situps, pushups, and use a Nordic Tract! They are the exercise equipment that burns the most calories. Also jog EVERY day for about 30 minutes for your thighs. Soccer, squats, simple leg exercises like kicking with weights around your ankles, and dancing will help too. |
