Question: Can you survive on a liquid diet lifestyle? where you get your nutritions through liquid consumptions only?

Smoothies. grinding up the food in blenders. i do not reccomend

Well you can liquefy everything you normally eat but beside that you can't. If you just stayed on a diet of protein drinks and smoothies your organs would start to shut down due to lack of nutrients.

There are two types of nutrients. Essential and Nonessential. These "essiental nutrients " are types of nutrients can not be proudce by the body and need to come from one's diet(food). These nutrients are required to substain life. With that being said...... Techniqually one can live off a "liquid " diet as long as they get their "essential nutrients ". However studies have shown that even consuming more than RDA(recommend dietary allowance) in vitamins can be opitmal for health. On top of that there is antioxdents and other goodies in vegetables and furits that help can benefit the body for optimal health. Also liquid diets have their calories condensed in liquid form so the diet leaves one feeling hungry as composed to eating whole foods. Over all they just are not worth it.

I have tried every diet in the book but nothing worked as good as acai berry. I appreciate they say that pills don't work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There's a free trial happening currently at pihosd.exercisestore.info , try it, how worse could it make things?
