Question: Is the p90x nutrition plan complicated?

Like how many times a day do you eat? Is the food hard to make? I'm still in high school so I am very busy. When making the food does it have a lot of steps to make it or are they simple?

Its not that complicated and you don't have to follow it 100% to get the awesome results. Just make sure you're eating a lot more Water Rich or Living foods (fruits and veggies) to alkalize your body and allow for optimal healing. Good luck!
