Question: Has anyone used ultimate nutrition red zone dietary supplements before?

So i'm an 18 year old girl and i started using ultimate nutrition red zone pills for my workouts is this ok i know that you use it for workouts but is it ok for girls to use and just to help lose weight faster.

The formula for losing weight is simple - consume less food and workout more often - the problems appear when we actually try to put that into practice!
