Question: P90x question. doing doubles in phase 3, nutrition question..?

Doing it for only the first 2 weeks, but this means Ill be doing it 4 times a week, well, I work out in the morning, my plan for this would be to wake up, do cardio- x, eat breakfast, then the normal work out for the day. I was curious If I should eat a quick snack right before cardio- x for fuel, or what? I will be adding more calories to my work outs of course for recovery, and fuel. But any ideas on how i should approach these next 2 weeks so I don't bonk and or injure myself?
