Question: I am starting hip hop zumba classes tommorrow.. going once a week for 8 weeks.and i need nutrition advice...?

My current weight is 130.. this is after 2 kids.. my pre- preg weight was at 110.. My goal is to in these 8 weeks of zumba get down to 115.. if i make it to 110 better.. BUT.. these classes are only 1s a week for an hour.. Any suggestions as to what my diet should look like.. I do not want to do a low cal diet as i did that about 6 months ago and yes i dropped 10 lbs.. but 6 months later i gained them back.. so i need some ideas as to how to make my eating a way of life.. any meal plans, suggestions.. Also so i excersice other days or will this once a week do.. ( i think maybe not right ) I also need to tighten my stomach.. as after 2 kids it needs tightening.. advice suggestions will be appreciated..
