Most definitely. Your body needs nutrients in order to function properly, so if you don't nourish your body it's going to tire and stop working correctly. Anemia is a common cause of fatigue in females, especially during menstruation; the lack of iron makes it more difficult for oxygen to be carried throughout the body. If you're having a hard time getting enough nutrition from food, I suggest taking a multivitamin. |

Yes! A person needs a certain amount of calories and nutrition throughout the day simply to support the 'behind the scenes' functioning of their body... organs, brain, constant cell 'work', etc. If a person does not take in the minimum needed, the body will draw what it needs from the body itself. That will mean a lack of energy and more. The body will work hard to get what it needs, whether we give it or not. |

Yes, definitely. With out a balanced nutrition of all the basic food groups, some exercise, a total of small six meals a day, and 8 - 9 hrs. of sleep a night you are going to experience fatigue. Even if you aren't hungry you need to give your body energy by eating healthy. You might also be experiencing head aches. By doing these things you will see results with the way you feel. Make sure you eat fruits, vegetables and drink lots of water. If you don't really like to eat fruits and vegetables try the new V8 fusion. It's delicious and will make you feel great! I hop you feel better. |
