Question: Will eating 3 ounces of honey roasted peanuts a day ruin a diet? nutrition facts/lable inside!?

I would like to eat 2 ounces of these honey roasted peanuts a day. my concern is that they might crush the diet im on as they might be too unhealthy. here are the nutrition facts off the side of the container: serving size 1oz calories 160 total fat 13g sat fat 2g polyunsatured 4g monounsaturated 6g sodium 110mg fiber 2g sugar 4g protein 6g keep in mind all this would be doubled if i ate 2oz a day instead of the 1oz serving size. thanks!

It depends on what else is in your diet. This is a healthy snack if you take 2oz of it. Unsaturated fats should constitute the majority of your fat intake, which should be about 20-25% of your caloric intake overall, so the fats aren't bad for you. 4g of sugar is nothing astonishing, in moderation it is ok. The sodium will make you retain water but it won't make you fatter. The fiber and protein is also a good addition for any diet.

320 calories from just a handful of nuts isn't the best idea. Try snacking on raw vegetables with hummus or fruit with yogurt instead; they're more filling.
