Question: How to fix my nutrition deficiency problems?

My whole life I have been eating basically all junk foods because my parents didn't want to take the time to feed me. Now I have severe nutritional problems. My nails turned orange and are brittle and peeling. My skin is nasty and my body is so weak. I'm not sick or anything because I'm at a normal wait (if not a little bit overweight). I just need to know what to eat to be healthy because I was never taught. There's not really much to eat in my house other than microwave meals because that's all my parents buy other than white bread and 2 % milk.
