Question: Are there meal replacement bars that offer complete nutrition?

Of course, there's no way to get absolute nutrition than through food but is there a supplement that comes close, that's not in a pill form? I was hoping to find a bar but a shake will do.

Best ones for both options (bars and shakes) is Nutrilite. Complete nutrition, great tastes, good price, etc. You can only get them online at discount-supercenter.com. You won't be sorry.

There are three that come immediately to mind: The TMPGBG shake; a nutrition bar called the LAOWKABS and finally (my personal favorite) BOWBSABOT. I think that you'll find something here that you will like.
